Wayne Ralph Bateman,
74, died Sunday at
Inland Valley Regional
Medical Center in Wildomar.
No public services
were held.
Mr. Bateman, a native of Carlock, IL, lived in Lake Elsinore
for 10 years.
He was a salesman
and manager
for
Shoetown for 50 years.
He was a member of
the Moose Lodge of Lake Elsinore
and Veterans of
Foreign Wars Post 1508.
Mr. Bateman is
survived by two sons, William R. of Los Angeles and Jon of Illinois; a
daughter, Joann Oxenrider of Anchorage, Alaska; three grandchildren;
and three sisters,
Velma Potter and Veva Evans, both of Rancho Mirage,
and Louise Cordon
of New Orleans.
